Bob received his Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin and completed his internship at Hazelden. He is a New York State Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and founder of Family Interventions, P.L.L.C.

His extensive clinical experience and strong passion for helping others enable him to handle very difficult and complex cases.

1n 1999 Bob began a private practice working with adolescents, adults, older adults and families. Family Interventions grew out of his private practice. He also previously enjoyed the position of Dean of Student Affairs at Green Mountain College in Vermont.

Bob feels that his “calling” in life is to help families and individuals recover from the devastating effects of addiction, trauma and untreated mental health problems. Bob’s philosophy is to help support the entire family, not just the alcoholic, addict and/or person with an eating disorder or mental health problems. He works closely with the entire family during the intervention process and after the intervention, as well as following his client’s progress throughout treatment.
